The main activity of the company "Paton Innovations" is the development of technologies and production of equipment for welding, coating and electron beam remelting.
Our company closely cooperates with The E.O. Paton Electric Welding Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as PWI), as well as enterprises that are part of the PWI holding. It is thanks to this cooperation that the implementation of projects of any technical and technological complexity becomes possible.
We involve IEW specialists and scientists in our team, which allows us to find solutions for our customers that are based on the Institute's deep scientific knowledge base.
The majority of our work is related to electron beam technologies. During our work, we were able to establish cooperation with Ukrainian industrial enterprises that need to implement new electron beam technologies or update existing equipment. Also, together with other companies, we build new equipment to provide our own electron beam welding services.
To manufacture electron beam welding equipment, we use the best European vacuum equipment and components from the brands Pfeiffer Vacuum, Leybold, Ebara, HSR and others. We are ready to offer you the development of a wide range of equipment with process chambers in the range of 0.1 - 100 m3.
Thanks to cooperation with SE "SPC «Titan» of the PWI, we offer electron beam remelting products and equipment for organizing remelting at the customer's premises.
